This MDN prototype offers a turn-key ready-to-occupy post-acute or rehab facility.  Our base model provides sixty beds in a three-story service center, designed to minimize the building footprint with a floorplate of just over 14,000 sf.  This compact configuration allows building on limited sites and with minimal impact on visitor and emergency vehicles. The unit may be stand-alone or connected to the primary hospital, and the modularized design allows many configurations and easy scaling from 20 to 200 units, including options for future expansion.
